Adam P. Watkins specializes in residential real estate sales, development, and investing as Broker Associate and Listing Partner for The DeLois Smith All Star Team, Keller Williams®, based in Hattiesburg. A Pine Belt native, he received his degree in Finance and Communication from William Carey College where he was recognized as the School Of Business' Top Male Business Student his senior year. Additionally, he has achieved other professional designations in the real estate field. He is an active member of the Hattiesburg Area Association of REALTORS®; where he currently serves as President on the Association's Board of Directors, making him one of the youngest members ever to hold such a seat. Adam also serves as vice-chair of the Member Services and Technology committee with the state association, and is a member of the Multiple Listing System & Issues Committee at the national level. Adam was profiled as one of Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in June 2008. Other community involvement includes membership in the Area Development Partnership, Petal Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Alumni Council of William Carey College, where he just finished a term as President of the council. He and his wife, Amelia, make their home in Petal, Mississippi. They are active members of Carterville Baptist Church where they're both involved with music ministry and Adam serves in the deacon ministry
